Ecological Research & Education Center

The Ecological Research & Education Center is designed to immerse visitors in nature. Located in Tunquini’s biodiverse landscape, it is elevated on stilts to preserve the terrain, harmonizing with the site’s natural contours.

The center features three modular pavilions for community engagement, quiet reflection, and circulation. These spaces ensure functionality and a seamless flow.

Locally sourced wood, chosen for its warmth and organic appeal, forms the main structure. A CLT wood frame with translucent polycarbonate screens creates dynamic light and shadow effects, enhancing the natural connection.
